The Department of Home Affairs is inviting applications for 16 Local Office Manager positions across various provinces in South Africa. If you have supervisory experience in operations and strong leadership skills, this opportunity is for you.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in:
- Public Management
- Public Administration
- Operations Management
- Business Management
- Administration
- Law
- Social Science (related fields)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Supervisor in operations within a customer or client service environment.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours.
✔ Experience in Civic or Immigration Operations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will:
- Manage overall operations of the Local Office
- Oversee service delivery standards
- Manage citizenship, birth, marriage, death, passport and travel document services
- Ensure immigration inspectorate oversight
- Implement digital transformation initiatives
- Manage staff, finances and office resources
- Ensure compliance with government policies
- Coordinate operational plans and risk management
- Represent the Department at stakeholder forums
